Quick note: The show hits the road again today, but only to New York City. Tomorrow we head to the Midwest for two days — hope you watch.
I am curious what you think about our segment last night with Pam Bondi, the prosecutor in Florida, who is in a legal battle (unrelated to her job) over a beautiful dog, Noah. Should she keep the dog? Give the dog back? (By the way, I had no idea that Jeff Brown is one of her lawyers until she mentioned it on air. They passed each other in the studio last night… I wonder if that is when the deal was sealed. I will have to ask Jeff when I next talk to him. She has very good lawyers in both Jeff Brown and Barry Cohen. And one other thing, since she is the prosecutor and they are defense attorneys, they usually work against each other and not with each other.)
While I am polling you: What about the DA in Durham, North Carolina? Would you vote for Mike Nifong or his now expected challenger Lewis Cheek? Or do you need more information to reach an opinion on this?
Expect an update on our show about Catherine Herridge and her son Peter later this week — there is news.
G. Gordon Liddy was in the FOX News green room with me last night since he appeared on "Hannity & Colmes" right before our show. Any idea what the "G" stands for? I asked him. It stands for "George." Don't tell me you never learn anything on this blog!
Now for some of your e-mails:

I'm a regular viewer who cannot understand why there has been next to no coverage on your show (or any other that I know of) of the Phil Spector case. The murder he is charged with occurred in 2003, and according to one Web site, the trial has been put off until April of 2007!
What is going on here? Two people in one house — actress Lana Clarkson and Spector — and one of them is dead. Sounds like a relatively uncomplicated case, unlike the Michael Jackson circus or the Natalee Holloway case. So why the protracted delay? If this were Chicago, I'd say the fix was in.
But the delay notwithstanding, given Spector's fame and the fact that another showbiz figure was involved, I find it odd in our celebrity-obsessed culture and media that there has been such little mention of the case AND the delay.

It is never justified for a teacher to have sex with a student. I am a teacher and understand the power we have over students. Get rid of the offending teachers and throw away the key.

I have watched your coverage of the Natalee Holloway story since it broke, over a year ago. My husband thinks I am a complete FOX News junkie. You have not covered any recent happenings, probably because nothing is happening. Why? How can our government, FBI, etc., just let Aruba sweep her under the rug, as if she never existed? I am appalled that there has been no resolve! I am sickened that Beth and Dave and their respective families are no closer to knowing the fate of their daughter, than they were a year ago. I know the case was botched early on, but I have to believe that if the FBI were handed this case now, with Aruba's blessing to help in any way. I have to think they could go back and start at the beginning, and possibly find resolve. Can the Aruba government be held liable in anyway, or can the family sue the police dept, or other authorities?
Thank you and I enjoy your show every night!
ANSWER: I wish there were some news in this case. We have not dropped it, we just can't learn anything new. I speak to my sources all the time, e.g. to give you an idea how aggressively we pursue this story and others — I even spoke to Beth Holloway Twitty from London last week.

Why didn't you bring up the point that Finnitys' [sic] parents stated on TV that their son has an airtight alibi and also took a lie detector test and past? All black guests on all the talk shows have stood up for the accusers like yours did and very few white lawyers on any of the shows give the benefit to the students. Why? I believe the DA has made arrangements with the accuser to state she is too afraid to testify therefore giving him a reason to drop the case and this way neither of them will be charged for making false charges. What then? Can these boys every clear their names? I would like you to put that to the panel and see what they would suggest if they DA goes that way, which I believe he will. It would be a shame if this goes on till next spring and the accuser and DA go thru with their pulling out leaving these three students damaged for life. Why can't you ask these questions?

I'd like to see what China says if Japan knocks out N. Korea's missiles. And should Japan proceed to arm themselves with unconventional weapons, would China still be non-compliant regarding N. Korea? I hope they do take out the missiles and I hope it prompts China to get off the pot. If China caves then Russia will go along.
