Palestinian militants in the Gaza Strip fired rockets toward Israel Sunday, injuring one person in the southern town of Sderot, Israeli rescue officials said.
One Israeli was lightly injured, the rescue officials said. Israeli Radio reported that two rockets had fallen on Sderot.
The rocket fire, which used to be a daily occurrence, has abated some in recent weeks after Israel began a broad military offensive in the Gaza Strip on June 28.
