LAS VEGAS – A minor league hockey team is spoofing Vice President Dick Cheney's recent hunting mishap.
The Las Vegas Wranglers are planning to distribute bright orange hunting vests at Friday's game printed with the words, "Don't Shoot, I'm Human."
The first 1,000 fans get the vests as part of a promotion dubbed "Dick Cheney Hunting Vest Night."
A team executive says it was "just too juicy" not to make light of the vice president, who accidentally shot a man while quail hunting last month in Texas.
Cheney's office in Washington isn't commenting on the promotion.
The Wranglers are part of the East Coast Hockey League.
