Hey folks, it's me, Kimberly Guilfoyle and you've landed on "The Lineup's" Web page. Thanks for stopping by.

We're going to take a look at a lighter case that's making headlines: Anna Nicole Smith is going before the Supreme Court — and that's a long way from her humble roots as a girl from a small Texas town.

For the past 11 years, Anna has been fighting a legal battle with the son of her dead husband. They've been fighting over hundreds of millions of dollars.

Anna Nicole and Howard Marshall were married back in 1994 and were only together for 14 months before he died. She was 26 years old, he was 89.

As the widow, Anna feels she deserves to a part of his fortune and it's been debated, ruled upon and overturned in various courts. Now the case is making its way to the highest court in the land.

The Supreme Court will now have to sort it all out and, no matter what it decides, the case will return to the lower courts and continue to drag on. Sometimes, that's just the way the law works! I'm sure Anna will continue to figure out a way to remain in the spotlight regardless.

Send your e-mails to lineup@foxnews.com and let me know what you think of Anna's case.

I'll see you all again next week. Thanks for stopping by!
