Warner Music Group Corp. (WMG) on Tuesday said it had received another subpoena from the New York attorney general's office in connection with an ongoing antitrust investigation into the pricing of digital music downloads.
The company in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said it intends to comply with the inquiry.
Warner Music received an earlier subpoena from the New York attorney general's office relating to the investigation in late December 2005, the company said.
