Hangover Buster Shake
Serves 1

Ingredients
1 large banana
2/3 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
6 ice cubes
1/2 cup fat free vanilla frozen yogurt (or soy alternative)
1 serving of Vitamin C powder or liquid

Directions
Peel and cut banana into small pieces. Place banana, ice, orange juice, yogurt and Vitamin C powder (or liquid) into the blender. Blend ingredients until texture is smooth. Enjoy and watch your hangover melt away!
