• President Bush has authorized a troop drawdown in Iraq. The announcement was made in the Iraqi city of Fallujah today by Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld. The number of U.S. combat brigades in Iraq will be reduced from 17 down to 15. That means roughly 7,000 soldiers will be coming home in the new year. We'll have the latest on today's announcement.

• An update on the search for a serial rapist in Miami. We'll talk with former Washington, D.C. homicide detective Rod Wheeler.

• Should "American Taliban" aka John Walker Lindh have his sentence commuted by President Bush? His attorneys are reportedly exploring that option. But should the president grant their request?
