Buca Inc. (BUCA) said it will delay the filing of its Form 10-Q for the third quarter due to planned restatements of its first- and second-quarter results. The company had expected to file its 10-Q today, but now plans to file it on Nov. 9. The Minneapolis-based restaurant operator said the restatements should reduce its reported net loss for the first quarter, and have a minimal impact on the reported net loss for the second quarter. The company also said it expects to report third-quarter sales of $63.7 million, and that same-restaurant sales rose 3.2% in the quarter.

Constellation Brands Inc. (STZ) said that Vincor International Inc.'s (VN) rejection of its latest takeover bid demonstrates "inaction" by Vincor's board.
