Vice President Dick Cheney's chief aide I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby (search) is indicted by a grand jury in relation to the CIA leak investigation.

Libby is charged with five counts including obstruction of justice, making false statements to mislead a grand jury and perjury.

Almost immediately after the indictment was handed down, Libby resigned as Cheney's chief of staff.

We'll get reaction from Bill Kristol, editor of The Weekly Standard, and Democratic attorney Julian Epstein.

Then, President Bush's Supreme Court pick Harriet Miers (search) withdraws her nomination Thursday after weeks of harsh criticism from some of Bush's most conservative supporters. Who will Bush choose next? And can he win back support?
