Kate Moss (search) would reportedly be busted on cocaine charges if she returned to Britain.
The supermodel, who lost millions in endorsement deals after she was photographed using cocaine at a London recording studio, is now at an Arizona rehab center.
If she returns to England, she'll be charged with suspicion of supplying cocaine, according to Thursday's editions of the British paper The Sun.
Moss reportedly did the drugs with her boyfriend, rocker Pete Doherty (search), who was arrested earlier this week in England.
She apologized after the scandal broke last month.
"I take full responsibility for my actions," she said in a statement.
Fashion giants Burberry, Hennes and Mauritz and Chanel have since severed ties with the 31-year-old model.
