A similar attack Wednesday by a suicide bomber standing in line outside a police recruitment center in the northern Kurdish city of Arbil (search) killed 60 Iraqis and wounded 150. Are these increased attacks a backlash against Iraq's new democratic government?
Then, a day after the prosecution rest its case, attorneys in the Michael Jackson child molestation case argue Thursday over whether some documents used in the prosecution's case had been sufficiently authenticated to be admitted into evidence. Will the prosecution reopen their case? We'll get the lowdown from Laura Ingle, KFI Radio reporter, outside the Santa Maria courthouse.
And, will the Connecticut Supreme Court accept an appeal to stop serial killer Michael Ross's execution next week? Judge Andrew Napolitano, FOX News' senior judicial analyst, weighs in.
