Tonight... get on the record... with Greta!

We'll have all the latest developments on the three big legal cases we've been following.

First, there are more pretrial hearings in the Kobe Bryant (search) sexual assault case today in Eagle, Colorado. Will a trial date be set this week by State District Judge Terry Ruckriegle (search) or will the basketball star wind up entering a plea?

Second, pop superstar Michael Jackson (search) has dropped his high profile defense attorneys Mark Geragos (search) and Benjamin Brafman (search). They have been replaced by actor Robert Blake's former lawyer Thomas Mesereau Jr. (search). Why did the entertainer make this decision less than a week before his next arraignment? Is this a smart move or a grave mistake?

Third, jury selection in the Scott Peterson (search) case continued today in Northern California. Last week, Judge Alfred A. Delucchi (search) sealed an anonymous letter claiming that someone other than Scott Peterson killed his pregnant wife Laci and their unborn son, Connor.

We'll ask our panel of legal experts to go on the record and offer their insight and analysis into all three of these compelling cases.

Tonight's panel of legal experts:

• Criminal Defense Attorney Geoffrey Fieger

• Criminal Defense Attorney Jayne Weintraub

• Criminal Defense Attorney Yale Galanter

• Criminal Defense Attorney and former prosecutor Bernie Grimm

Plus, we'll have the latest in the fighting today in the beseiged Iraqi city of Fallujah.

And later, Reuters is reporting that "a statement apparently from top Al Qaeda operative Abu Musab al-Zarqawi claimed responsibility [today] for a suicide boat attack on Iraq's Basrah oil terminal [over] the weekend and vowed more attacks on coalition targets." FNC Contributors Bill Gertz and former U.S. Ambassador to Morocco Marc Ginsburg weigh in on the latest Al Qaeda offensive.

These stories and much, much more...
