Tonight..."The O'Reilly Factor" is on!

President Bush was in Buffalo, New York today promoting the Patriot Act (search). The president warned that getting rid of any of its wide-ranging law enforcement tools to investigate terrorism would endanger the country.  "We've got to make sure the laws reflect the reality" of a post-Sept. 11 world, Mr. Bush told several hundred political supporters, along with firefighters, police and other rescue workers.

We'll look at the heated debate over the Patriot Act in Congress tonight on "The Factor" when we hear from both sides regarding this controversial legislation.

Then, the Supreme Court heard arguments today about the legal status of detainees being held at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base on the island of Cuba. One of the most controversial questions is whether or not captured terrorists should have due process and access to a lawyer. We'll hear from both sides in the debate.

Also, did a State Representative in Florida really say that New York Senator and former First Lady Hillary Clinton (search) should be assassinated? We'll have the story...

Plus, do the laws in America favor child molestors? We'll tell you about three very disturbing criminal cases.

Also, Congress will be looking into allegations of abuse in the United Nation's oil-for-food (search) program. How much money did Saddam Hussein take and whom did he give it to?
