Russia Nabs Four in School Hostage Case

Russian prosecutors say authorities have killed five suspects in last year's school hostage crisis and arrested four others.

A prosecutor says the men helped stage the raid. The militants held more than one thousand people hostage for nearly three days. The stand-off ended in gunfire and explosions that killed more than 330 people.

Prosecutors wouldn't say when or where the arrests and the killings happened.

However the statement says those arrested are also accused of taking part in last June's attack on Russian police facilities near Chechnya (search).
