Budget Brawl: President Bush travels to Detroit Tuesday to promote his budget and plans for Social Security, the $2.57 trillion budget has sparked quite a debate in Congress. Wendell Goler has the details.

Iraq Violence: Enemy fighters are targeting Iraqi security forces at least 21 people have been killed and 27 injured in a mortar strike on an army recruitment center in Baghdad. It's the deadliest terror attack since last month's historic elections — Mike Tobin has the latest.
