FRESNO, Calif. – Amber Frey (search) and the father of her youngest child appeared briefly yesterday in Fresno County Superior Court.
The two agreed on visitation rights for their nine-month-old boy.
Frey was a star witness against her former lover, Scott Peterson (search), at the man's trial.
He was convicted on two counts of murder and faces the death penalty.
