Thursday on "DaySide"

We will of course have latest on the Mosul (search) investigation — as I write this, the questions persist about whether it was a rocket attack or a suicide bomber.

Thanks for all of your emails about the two Wal-Mart (search) lawsuits; we'll examine the second case Thursday on "DaySide." This is the case of the Maryland couple upset that Wal-mart apparently failed to uphold its own policy of not selling music with foul language to minors. (See Wednesday's blog for more details on the case.)

On the lighter side, I've got a surprise to give away to everyone in our studio audience Thursday, so if you're in the area and you'd like to join us, call 1-877-FOX-TKTS.

Plus, we have a couple of real winners for the Stupid Criminals File — so be sure to tune in!

Linda
