Suit Claims Wayans Stole 'Chicks' Idea

Four Connecticut men claim the Wayans brothers (search) stole the idea behind the movie "White Chicks" from (search) a script they wrote.

According to a lawsuit filed last week in U.S. District Court in Bridgeport, Marlon and Shawn Wayans copied the idea from the script "Johnny Bronx," written by Mario Pittore, 30, and twin brothers Jason and Jon Coppola, 29.

"We feel not only does it rip us off, but it's not even as good," said Pittore, of Norwalk, Conn.

The suit seeks at least $15 million in damages.

"White Chicks" stars the Wayans as two struggling black FBI agents who volunteer to impersonate young white hotel heiresses.

"Johnny Bronx" is a script about a bumbling black FBI agent who impersonates a white man to infiltrate the mob.
