Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld (search) was in the hot seat today on Capitol Hill. The Secretary appeared before both the House and Senate Armed Services Committees to discuss allegations of prisoner mistreatment by American military service members at the Abu Ghraib (search) prison in Iraq.
