Then, a judge in California has ruled that accused murderer Scott Peterson (search) can't get a fair jury in his dead wife's hometown of Modesto. The judge, Al Girolami (search) has ordered the case moved out of Stanislaus County.
Judge Girolami ruled tentatively that extensive news coverage of the case, including 8,000 articles published worldwide and more than 150 articles in the local newspaper, swayed him to agree with the defense that Peterson could not get a fair trial in Modesto. We'll have analysis of today's developments when our own Geraldo Rivera joins us.
