-- Joshua Phillips, 14 when he beat and stabbed to death an 8-year-old neighbor and hid her body under his waterbed.
-- Jonathan Arce, 14 when he fatally stabbed a 68-year-old neighbor, probably after she accused him of stealing jewelry, coins and blank checks.
-- Anthony Casanova, 15 when he robbed and fatally shot a cab driver.
1999
