•  Sgt. Sean Blackwell (search) has been reprimanded and will be discharged for taking a break from a foot patrol in Baghdad to marry an Iraqi woman. But is this Florida National Guardsman guilty of anything more than falling in love?

Sgt. Blackwell's mother, Vickie McKee, and his attorney Richard Alvoid explain the situation.

• Operation Christmas Child (search) -- the international project in which needy children across the world receive shoeboxes full of gifts -- is under way locally. Reverend Franklin Graham plans to deliver shoeboxes packed with Christmas gifts to children in war-torn Sudan next week. He'll tell us all about it.

• The president of the NAACP's Legal Defense Fund asked Democratic Massachusetts Sen. Ted Kennedy (search) to block the confirmation of a judge whom she thought might vote unfavorably in an affirmative action case her organization was participating in. Is this just a political campaign tactic -- or bribery?

Horace Cooper, a senior fellow with the Centre for New Black Leadership and the National Center for Public Policy Research, and Center for Constitutional Rights Executive Director Ron Daniels join the debate.
