Friday, Dec. 5: Murder Link?

The search continued Friday for clues in the death of 38-year-old assistant U.S. attorney Jonathan P. Luna (search), who was found slain in a Pennsylvania creek a day earlier.

Could there be a connection to the case he was prosecuting? We’ll be joined by Shawndya Simpson, bureau chief in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office who worked with Luna.

According to sources close to the investigation, bloodstains matching Dru Sjodin's blood type were found in the car of Alfonso Rodriguez Jr. (search), the primary suspect in the case. We’ll examine how that could impact the investigation with Dr. Michael Baden, forensic pathologist and Fox News analyst.

We’ll also get reaction from David Dusek, the lawyer defending Rodriguez.

Why does Paul Bremer believe there will be more attacks against U.S. troops in Iraq over the next few months? We’ll have a live report.

And with holiday shopping season upon us, are America's shopping malls a target for terror? We’ll ask Reps. Dan Burton, R-Ind., and Gary Ackerman, D-N.Y.

And, what is the best gift out there for your loved ones? We’ll review the best gifts of the season with David Heim, deputy editor of Consumer Reports magazine.
