Handing a legislative victory to President Bush, Congress voted its final approval Monday for $87.5 billion (search) for U.S. military operations and aid in Iraq and Afghanistan.

How soon will that aid reach the streets of Iraq? We’ll ask Sens. Lincoln Chafee, R-R.I., and Kent Conrad, D-N.D.

Plus, we've been reporting for weeks that large numbers of weapons dumps are left unguarded in Iraq. Now DaySide has new information about how terrorists are buying these weapons… for as little as ten bucks. How can we get on top of this? We’ll ask retired U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Burton Moore, and Ed Turzanski, senior fellow of terrorism and counter terrorism at the Foreign Policy Research Institute.

We’ll go live to Scott Peterson's preliminary hearing: Is a piece of duct tape the critical missing link? We’ll examine the evidence with Kamala Harris, San Francisco deputy city attorney, and Anthony Lowenstein, San Francisco criminal defense attorney.

And, CBS (search) is set to yank the Reagan miniseries. But was it because it said things about the Reagans that were untrue, or because of conservative pressure on the network? We'll ask Peter Robinson, former Reagan speechwriter and author of How Ronald Reagan Changed My Life, and Ellen Ratner, Fox News analyst.
