The debate over the controversial Ten Commandments monument continues in Alabama. About 100 protestors are standing their ground in the Yellowhammer State (search) trying to prevent the monument from being removed from the Alabama Judicial Building.

As lawyers work on an appeal in this case we'll have the latest on the situation and we'll hear from both sides in the debate.

Then, we'll also get the latest on the situation in Iraq. How are our troops coping with the aftermath of last week's deadly bombing on U.N. headquarters in Baghdad?
