Tonight on Hannity & Colmes... join the debate!

Three of the Democrats’ nine presidential contenders are in hot water with the NAACP (search) after missing the group's candidate forum. The six Democratic presidential hopefuls shared the stage with four empty chairs labeled for President Bush and Democrats Joe Lieberman, Dick Gephardt and Dennis Kucinich.

Why were the group's leaders outraged at the Democratic no-shows but complacent with the absence of the President? Is this a partisan issue affecting a nonpartisan group?

President Bush says that intelligence about Iraq (search) is ‘darn good’ despite some doubts in the CIA (search) about intelligence that suggested that Iraq had been trying to buy uranium in the African nation of Niger.

Has the President mislead the public or are the Democrats trying to fill a platform that until now has been void?

Reps. Jay Inslee, D-Wash., and Sherwood Boehlert, R-N.Y., will join the debate.

Plus, the search continues in Charleston, West Virginia for a man that allegedly sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl at knifepoint at a Target (search) store.

A surveillance camera captured the alleged assault. The tape shows the suspect stalking the girl in the toy section and then assaulting her in the garden and men's clothing departments.

South Charleston Police Sgt. Robert Yeager will be here to update the situation.

And radio talk show host Dr. Laura Schlessinger will be here to talk about her latest video for kids.
