Vincent Brothers (search), the elementary school vice principal considered a possible suspect in the shooting deaths of his wife, children and mother-in-law, has surrendered in Elizabeth City, N.C.

The FBI and law enforcement agencies across the country had been searching for Brothers, 41, after police discovered the three children, their mother and grandmother dead Tuesday morning in their Bakersfield home.

We’ll have the very latest on the investigation and get insight from criminal profiler Pat Brown, author of Killing for Sport: Inside the Minds of Serial Killers.

Plus, one day after a shooting rampage by an employee described as "mad at the world" left five employees at a Mississippi Lockheed Martin plant dead and nine more wounded, police were trying to determine the motive behind Doug Williams' vicious attack. Williams took his own life Tuesday following his lethal rampage at the aircraft parts plant.

Was racism a factor in the deadly shootings? We’ll ask Meridian Mayor Robert John Smith and Sheriff Billy Sollie.

Plus, what can be done to keep you safe at work? We’ll be joined by security consultant Pat Brosnan.

And, a pre-trial hearing in the Laci Peterson (search). On the agenda, what should the court do with 176 Scott Peterson wiretapped conversations phone calls, discovered by accident last month when a computer expert was checking out the hard drive on the system that investigators used in its widespread eavesdropping operation.

Are these intercepted calls an example of investigators’ violation of attorney-client confidentiality laws and should they be thrown out? We’ll get a fair and balanced debate from former prosecutor Robert Cleary and defense attorney Tom Liotti.
