Has a popular basketball center at Baylor University (search) been murdered? Police in Waco, Texas believe that Patrick Dennehy (search) may have been shot by his close friend and roommate.  

Dennehy has been missing for nearly three weeks.

"Patrick Dennehy is a missing person, and we're not going to talk about him in the past tense," police spokesman Larry Holze said.

"We're going to take this cautious, we're going to take it slow, and we're going to find the end to it."

Where does the case go from here? What are authorities doing to try to locate Dennehy? We'll have the latest from Waco this evening.

Then, The Washington Times reveals that a graphic new video has surfaced showing one of Saddam's half-brothers beating and torturing prisoners in Iraq while the country was still under Saddam's rule.
