Tonight... The O'Reilly Factor is on!

The search for missing Baylor University (search) basketball player Patrick Dennehy (search) could be coming to a tragic end.

Police in Waco believe the 6-foot-10 center, who has been missing for nearly three weeks, has been killed -- and his killer may have been his close friend and roommate.

According to court documents citing an unidentified informant, Carlton Dotson (search) -- Dennehy's roommate and teammate on the Baylor basketball team -- told his cousin that he shot his pal in the head as the two argued while firing guns.

A search warrant affidavit made public yesterday says the informant told investigators in Delaware that Dotson killed Dennehy with a 9 mm handgun.

Where is Carlton Dotson? Where do law enforcement officials go from here? We'll talk with former Texas Prosecutor Chip Lewis. Mr. Lewis is currently a criminal defense attorney.

Plus, actor Mel Gibson talks with O'Reilly about the controversial new film he's making called The Passion. The film examines the last 12 hours of the life of Jesus Christ and the dialogue is entirely in Latin and the ancient language of Aramaic (search).

And later, is the situation worsening in Iraq or are we not getting the full picture? We'll talk with FOX News Military Analyst and retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely.

Finally, was JFK Jr.'s marriage to Carolyn Bessette really more of a sham than a fairy tale? We'll talk with one of JFK Jr.'s close friends about the shocking allegations in a new book called The Kennedy Curse.

Don't miss The Factor!  See you in the No Spin Zone tonight at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. ET
