Tonight... The O'Reilly Factor is on!

Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry (search) is lashing out against President Bush saying he broke his promise to build an international coalition against Iraq's Saddam Hussein (search) and then waged a war based on questionable intelligence.

"He misled every one of us," Kerry said. "That's one reason why I'm running to be president of the United States."

Kerry said Bush made his case for war based on at least two pieces of U.S. intelligence that now appear to be wrong -- that Iraq sought nuclear material from Africa and that Saddam's regime had aerial weapons capable of attacking the United States with biological material.

What's going on here? Does Kerry have a point or is this really all about party politics? We'll ask Democratic strategist Mary Anne Marsh.

Plus, why is Canada so left leaning?

And later, our own Geraldo Rivera (search) discusses the Laci Peterson murder case and the situation with Max Factor heir and fugitive Andrew Luster (search).

Don't miss The Factor!  See you tonight in the No Spin Zone at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. ET
