Tuesday, June 17: Overturning Roe v. Wade?

The court releases new documents regarding police search warrants on Scott Peterson's phone records. We'll report on what they say and don't say.

And, we’ll also investigate a case with shades of the Laci Peterson's murder with Robert Mintz, former federal prosecutor, and Ted Williams, criminal defense attorney.

Plus, we're also learning more details about the rescue of Private Jessica Lynch (search). The former Iraqi POW emerged as the most famous soldier of the war and now there's a huge bidding war among the media to get her to tell her story. Why are we so fascinated with her?

And, Norma McCorvey, formerly known as "Jane Roe" of Roe v. Wade, is speaking out Tuesday, exactly 33 years after the Supreme Court ruled on her case and legalized abortion nationwide. Her name once synonymous with the pro-choice, McCorvey announced she is filing a motion to overturn her own case.

We’ll examine the impact of her decision with Laura Echevarria of the National Right to Life and Jennifer Stockman, Republican Pro-Choice Coalition.
