Topics and Guests for April 21

Stocks dipped Monday in quiet trading as lingering concerns over the health of corporate profits had investors hesitant to buy at the start of the busiest week of the quarterly earnings season.

As earnings season rolls along, we’ll get a read on the markets from Wayne Rogers, founder of Wayne Rogers & Company.

Plus, did you know that illegal aliens filed their tax returns along with millions of American citizens this year and that the IRS does not differentiate between legal, or illegal status?

And, Scott Peterson was formally charged with two counts of premeditated murder Monday in the slayings of his 8-months-pregnant wife, Laci, and their unborn son, whose bodies washed up along the shore of San Francisco Bay last week.

But the double murder charges for Peterson are adding fuel to the pro-life, pro-choice debate. Should the Laci Peterson’s unborn son receive a separate murder charge? We’ll have a fair and balanced debate with Judie Brown, president and founder of the American Life League, and Patricia Ireland, former president of the National Organization for Women.

Investigators, prosecutors and Peterson’s defense attorneys are all hard at work right now. For insight on what they are all doing, we’ll turn to FNC legal analysts Lis Wiehl and Peter Johnson, and former Washington D.C. Homicide Detective Ted Williams.
