A talent agency says it's been shagged by Austin Powers fox Beyoncé Knowles — and not in a good way.

The Wilhemina Artist agency has filed suit against the booty-licious babe, charging she stiffed it on its commission for her L'Oréal endorsement deal.

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Wilhemina Artists says the Destiny's Child singer has refused to pay the 10 percent it's entitled to for the just under $1 million she has already received from the cosmetics company.

She's made it clear she won't pay the commissions on her future payments either, the suit says.

The endorsement deal, which was reportedly brokered by Wilhemina, included options to renew the contract for at least two more years.

A spokesman for Knowles didn't return a call for comment; nor did Wilhemina's lawyer.
