Talk about a bad hair day.

A Canadian lingerie company is refusing to pay supermodel Eva Herzigova $30,000 for a photo shoot because it didn't like her hairdo, court papers charge.

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, 1 Model Management charges the Wonderbra model flew in to New York from Paris this past January to do a shoot for La Senza Lingerie catalog, but La Senza is refusing to pay her for her day's work.

A letter attached as an exhibit to the suit indicates the lingerie company stiffed the Czech native because it was unhappy with how she looked.

In the March 12, 2003, letter, 1 Model Management lawyer Kenneth Sussmane warns an exec at La Senza that it has to pay up and notes "Ms. Herzigova remains a very successful model with this haircut to which you refer."

The suit seeks the blue-eyed blond beauty's $30,000 fee, plus $598 for a two-day stay at the W Hotel, and a $6,000 commission for 1 Model Management.

A spokeswoman for La Senza didn't return calls.

A source close to the model said she had her hair cut short before the shoot for a Louis Vuitton ad campaign, and her subsequent employers haven't had any problems with her 'do.
