Weekdays at 3 p.m. in the East and high noon in the West!

The news begins anew with "Studio B"...

President Bush is on a five-day European tour and today he met with French President Jacques Chirac (search) at the start of their working dinner.

Meanwhile in a speech in Belgium delivered earlier today, the president called on European nations to move past their old differences over the war with Iraq and to encourage democracy in the Middle East. He also made strong statements about Iran, Syria and the shrinking freedoms that appear to be confronting the populace in Russia.

We'll get a LIVE update from our White House correspondent Wendell Goler who is covering the president's trip.

Plus, we'll tell you about the scary situation in Southern California as the wet, wet weather continues to take lives and destroy homes.

These stories and much more don't miss this edition of "Studio B"!
