North Korea denied on today that its withdrawal from the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty was aimed at squeezing concessions from the United States, and accused Washington of being insincere about prospects for dialogue.

Plus, some bipartisan senators are pushing for a more aggressive policy that includes regularly intercepting weapons shipments and enhancing the U.S. military posture in the region with troop reinforcements and exercises. Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala and Sen. Bill Nelson, D-Fla go On the Record

And the details on if the Bush administration will oppose a program at the University of Michigan's law school that counts race and minority ethnicity as "plus factors" in deciding whether to admit students.
