New developments in the war on terror... First, a Virginia Appeals Court ruled yesterday that Americans overseas who take up arms against their country can be held as enemy combatants. So why are some people upset about that ruling? And, Chief U.N. Weapons Inspector Hans Blix says that "no smoking guns" have been found yet in Iraq, although the arms declaration issued by Iraq still raises a lot of questions. So are the inspectors in Iraq being aggressive enough? We'll fill you in on all the new developments.

Then, we've been telling you about a terrible case of child abuse and neglect in New Jersey. There's also a new development in this story. The caretaker of the dead boy and two brothers who were found starving in a Newark basement has been captured by the authorities. We'll have the latest.

Plus, Planned Parenthood in Arizona is under fire for performing an abortion on a 13-year-old girl. We'll talk to the girl's lawyer.

And, more chaos in California! Wait till you hear what's going on with the state's Medi-Cal system. Larry McCarthy, from the California Taxpayer Association has the details and they might just make you very mad.
