Tonight... The O'Reilly Factor is on...

What's going on with the Democrats?! We'll take a look at the controversy over the Minnesota Senate race now that former Vice President Walter Mondale has agreed to run for the late Democrat's seat. And we'll also examine the Florida Governor's and the New Jersey Senate race.

Then, you might not believe this... But we've got a big movement in this country to ban Halloween. Why? We'll hear from a Halloween detractor and a Halloween defender this evening.

Plus, in keeping with the Halloween theme, we'll talk with author Michael Cuneo who says he's witnessed exorcisms in the country!

Also, more violence in the world of rap. Why was one of the founding members of the group Run DMC killed last night in New York?

And later...as The Factor moves along... the ACLU is running a hard-hitting television commercial,  asking for contributions, because it charges that Attorney General John Ashcroft is re-writing the constitution. We'll show you the ad tonight.

Finally, speaking of the constitution, the United States Supreme Court has decided to take a look at California's much debated "three-strikes-and-you're-out" law. Were some of the repeat offenders sentenced to life in prison under the controversial rule also subjected to cruel and unusual punishment under our constitution? We'll get the straight scoop from FOX News Senior Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano.

Don't miss The O'Reilly Factor  this evening at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. ET! See you in the No Spin Zone!
