Former Vice President Walter Mondale will agree to replace the late Sen. Paul Wellstone on the Minnesota Democratic ticket in a race that could determine control of the U.S. Senate, Fox News has learned. John Lee Malvo, the 17-year-old suspect in the Washington-area sniper attacks, may have been the shooter in at least one of the 10 murders, a Virginia prosecutor is quoted as saying in Monday newspaper reports. If Malvo is convicted of murder in Virginia, he could face the death penalty.
