Tonight... The O'Reilly Factor is on...

The publisher of Rosie magazine sued Rosie O'Donnell for $300 million Tuesday for abruptly pulling out of the venture last month. Gruner + Jahr Printing and Publishing Co. said in court papers that the former talk show host breached her contract and publicly disparaged the magazine when she quit Rosie on Sept. 18.

The publisher and O'Donnell had been feuding for months about the direction of the magazine. Rosie O'Donnell answers questions about the magazine folding and accusations of being abusive, cruel and out of control — Does this sound like Rosie? And Tarajee Maynor, 25, was originally charged with two counts of felony murder and two counts of first-degree child abuse after leaving her children in a sweltering hot car. The charge was then changed and Maynor was to stand trial on an involuntary manslaughter charge.

Authorities say Maynor left her 10-month-old and 3-year-old alone in her black compact car for more than three hours on June 28 while she was having her hair done at a salon in a Detroit suburb. Prosecutor, Marc Barron will bring us the latest in the case.
