WASHINGTON – President Bush (search) plans to speak to the American people on Iraq (search) on Tuesday night at 8 p.m. EDT, the White House said Friday.
The president has requested network air time for a prime time address to the American people. He will be speaking to an audience of several hundred troops at Fort Bragg (search).
