Tonight... The O'Reilly Factor is on... You probably remember Bob Crane from the old sitcom Hogan's Heroes... But there's a lot more to this actor's life. And some of it's pretty shocking. We'll talk to Bob David Crane, one of his sons, about the controversy over a new movie based on the of the actor's life.
Then, it's something that's very hard to believe... but some people in Milwaukee, where a man was nearly beaten to death by a group of more than 15 young people, says that these kids should not be sent to jail. We'll speak with someone who feels that way this evening.
Plus, finally some arrests in the Rilya Wilson case. We'll tell you about it.
Also, a Factor Follow-Up... There are new developments to tell you about in the Tulia, Texas story. Thirteen Americans are still in a Texas prison because they were convicted of drug crimes based solely on the testimony of one former police officer. As the Justice Department and the Texas Attorney General's office continue their investigations we'll have the latest for you.
And... remember student clubs from your high school days? Did your school ever have a Satan club?! One California high school has just such a club. And you better believe a lot of parents are not very happy about it. We'll hear from one of them parent and we'll also speak with the San Mateo High School student body president.
Finally, a big, big brawl in the Garden State over the crazy situation with Senator Robert Torricelli's spot in the U.S. Senate. What's going on? Our Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano has some very special perspective on the situation and he'll share it with us this evening.
