Tonight... The O'Reilly Factor is on...

The situation with Madelyne Gorman Toogood, the mother caught on tape beating her 4-year-old daughter, continues to unfold. A supervised visit with her daughter Martha had been scheduled for today. The meeting, which was to take place at a safehouse, has been been put off because the child has the flu. There are also new questions about the physician she visited with her daughter in New Jersey before she surrendered to authorities in Indiana. Will this mother eventually get her daughter back? Will she go to jail? We'll ask her attorney Steve Rosen.

Plus, O.J. Simpson has a message for The Factor...and his attorney, Yale Galanter will be here to deliver it.

And, controversial California talk show host and bestselling author Larry Elder will be here to talk about his newly published second book, Showdown: Confronting Bias, Lies and the Special Interests That Divide America. Does he really believe that our government engages in "liberal fascism?"

Also, have we been imitating all the wrong people? ... Forget trying to live the lifestyles of the rich and famous... make way for "mogul style." We'll have the 411 for you tonight... You won't believe the lavish lifestyles of the corporate execs we're talking about! How did we all manage to miss this stuff?!

Finally, here she is... in the No Spin Zone! Yes, it's the new Miss America Erika Harold and she's got quite a personal story.... She's put off going to Harvard Law School for a year, she's a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Illinois. She seems to have it all... but as a person of mixed race, she also endured brutal bullying herself when she was in high school. She and O'Reilly have a lot to talk about and you'll want to be in on this conversation.

Watch The O'Reilly Factor tonight at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. ET! See you in the No Spin Zone!
