'FOX & Friends First' (6 a.m. ET)

The Kerry camp is denying any involvement with the release of CBS News' (search) discredited documents. But the White House says lots of questions remain. Will the CBS appointed investigative panel get to the bottom of the mess? We'll get a fair and balanced debate from Sascha Burns, Democratic strategist, and Steve Malzberg, columnist for Newsmax.com.

Iraq's interim prime minister makes it clear, there will be no negotiating between his government and the terrorists who beheaded two Americans. But are hostage situations only part of the big picture in Iraq? We'll ask retired U.S. Army Lt. Col. James Carafano, senior fellow at the Heritage Foundation.

If you want to lose a few pounds, Dr. Nick Yphantides, author of "My Big Fat Greek Diet," has the plan to do it. After all, he did lose 267 pounds himself.

And, CBS producer Mary Mapes is taking her turn in the hot seat for the network's memo mess. What do we know about her? John Carlson worked with Mapes for about four years at KIRO in Seattle and joins us with his reflections.

The situation in Iraq is a major sticking point in this year's presidential race. Can President Bush convince voters he has things under control, or will John Kerry's criticisms resonate with Americans? We'll ask Sen. George Allen, R-Va., member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Safe at home? Just how secure are our nation's borders? We'll get insight from Rep. Tom Tancredo, R-Colo.
