NEW YORK – It's been two years since the last Harry Potter book, and there's still no word on when author J.K. Rowling will deliver the next installment.
"She's still happily writing," says Scholastic's Judy Corman. "Creativity takes time."
Chris Columbus, who directed the big-screen Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and the upcoming Chamber of Secrets, says the pressure to produce is unfair.
"As a fan, I'm as anxious to read the book as anyone else," he told The Post. "Great novels aren't written on deadline."
It will take another five months after Rowling finishes before the book hits stores.
