U.N. chief weapons inspector Hans Blix will meet with Iraqi officials Tuesday to make arrangements for inspections to take place in Iraq for the first time in four years, a U.N. spokesman said. Reaction to the Iraqi offer has been mixed, the White House is still pushing for further action by the U.N. Security Council. Is this the breakthrough the world has been waiting for? Or is Saddam up to his old tricks again? Former national security advisor to President Reagan, Robert Mcfarlane weighs in.

Many inmates in California prisons and their families are very upset over some potential changes to visitor rules. Some of the regulations include limiting a kiss or hug to no more than five seconds, and even forbidding inmates from holding their children if they are older than 6. Are these regulations needed?
