Tonight...The O'Reilly Factor is on... The nation is still waiting for a verdict in the trial of the man accused of killing little Danielle Van Dam. What's taking so long? We'll have the latest for you.

Then, they lost their daughter on September 11... Now they're going to court! We'll hear the personal story of Irene and Mario Spina who have decided that bankrupting terrorists through a 15-count federal lawsuit that hopes to cripple banks, charities and even some members of the Saudi royal family is the best way to deter future terror attacks.

Plus, more heated rhetoric on what many say will be the next step in the War on Terror... an invasion of Iraq. Why are some prominent Republicans having second thoughts about taking out Saddam Hussein? We'll speak with Harlan Ullman tonight.

Also, the Big Brother Big Sisters of America are in hot water over their edict to give openly gay and lesbian volunteers an equal chance to serve as one-on-one mentors to boys and girls. Is this a crazy policy or could it help some kids? We'll hear from both sides this evening.

And, a controversial study from Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin reveals that more than half of the young women they spoke with would stop availing themselves of Planned Parenthood's services is they had to tell their parents what they were doing. Not surprisingly, however, 99 % of those girls also said they would not stop having sex. We'll have a report tonight.

Finally, something very special to honor the memory of Elvis!
