In San Francisco, the city's superior court judges and commissioners have adopted a policy that prohibits them from an association with the Boy Scouts or any other organization they deem to be discriminatory. However, two California Supreme Court decisions and the U.S. Supreme Court have upheld the Boy Scouts' right to bar known homosexuality -- homosexuals as Scoutmasters. Finally, Jill June from Planned Parenthood in Iowa discusses the controversy over investigation into a dead baby boy's death and law enforcement's request for pregnancy test records. The group has refused to turn over records and has been granted a temporary stay this week by the Iowa Supreme Court.
