Tonight...The O'Reilly Factor is on... The body of five year old Samantha Runnion has been found in California and another innocent child has been murdered by a monster. Is the federal government doing enough to protect our children? We'll take a hard look at that question.

Then, yet another terrible child murder story, to tell you about in Florida. Why did 22 year old Ruthmae Bethel intentionally drive her three month old son, her five year old daughter Nadia Dorval and herself into Florida's Biscayne Bay? Now Ms. Bethel and her daughter are dead and her infant son is clinging to life. We'll have a report. And guess what? There could be a connection here once again to Florida's Department of Children and Family Services.

Plus, school's out but the kids are in the courtroom! Why has there been a rash of lawsuits filed by students against their teachers? Is it because they got a failing grade in class? You won't believe this story!

And later, domestic diva Martha Stewart has been pilloried lately by the press. But one woman is coming to her defense. Why? We'll ask Leslie Savan this evening.

Also, a judge has reduced a charge against a father who left one of his children in a car. The child was later found dead. Why was the charge changed from manslaughter... The judge called it simple "stupidity." We'll have a Factor Follow-Up for you tonight when prosecutor Mark Barron and family law attorney Lynne Gold-Bikin join us.

Don't miss a minute of The Factor! See you in the No Spin Zone tonight at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. ET!
