Pearl Harbor, A Walk to Remember, The Royal Tenenbaums and Hart's War in The Foxlight.

Didn't Pearl Harbor already come out on DVD? Well yes, but now one of those infamous and money making special editions is being released. The director's cut is longer, the violence is more graphic, but unfortunately Kate Beckinsale and Ben Affleck are still in the movie. Sorry, but her, "I was going to tell you I was sleeping with your best friend but then this happened" line is a cheese classic.

Mandy Moore's dynamic movie debut A Walk to Remember is really one to forget.

But Gene Hackman is incredible as Royal Tenenbaum in The Royal Tenenbaums . The rest of the movie is a royal mess. Maybe I expected too much from director Wes Anderson after the brilliant Rushmore. Gwyneth Paltrow, Ben Stiller, Anjelica Huston and the rest are largely wasted. But Hackman deserved at least an Oscar nomination for this thing.

Finally, Bruce Willis is a little bit Colonel Hogan, a little bit Sargent York and a lot of Major yawning in Hart's War. At least Minority Report's Colin Farrell is always interesting, right? Sorry. The World War II movie doesn't really know what it wants to be. I do. A better movie.
